These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Summit Harmony website and the purchase of artworks from our gallery. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Artwork Listings

All artwork images are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen calibration and photography. We provide detailed descriptions and condition reports for each piece. If you require additional images or information, please contact us.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in the specified currency (USD, EUR, HKD, or CNY). Prices exclude shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept bank transfer, major credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Title to the artwork passes to the buyer upon full payment clearance.

5. Authentication and Provenance

Every artwork sold by Summit Harmony is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. We guarantee the authenticity of all artworks sold through our gallery. If an artwork is proven to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, timelines, and terms are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We insure all shipments for the full value of the artwork.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information on returns, cancellations, and the right of withdrawal under EU regulations.

8. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Ownership transfers upon full payment clearance. For in-person collections, risk transfers at the time of handover.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is the intellectual property of Summit Harmony or its artists and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Summit Harmony's liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment or investment value.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
